U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Administrator Andrew Wheeler announced the appointment of Lacey, Washington, deputy mayor, Cynthia Pratt and Coos County, Oregon, commissioner, Melissa Cribbins, as new members to the Local Government Advisory Committee (LGAC).
