WASHINGTON, Feb. 28 -- Rep. Michael McCaul, R-Texas, ranking Republican member of the House Foreign Affairs Committee, issued the following statement on Feb. 27 after House Democrats rejected consideration of a resolution condemning comments Sen. Bernie Sanders, I-Vermont, made praising the late Cuban communist dictator Fidel Castro:
