PIERRE, South Dakota, Feb. 27 -- Gov. Kristi Noem, R-South Dakota, issued the following news release on Feb. 26:
Governor Kristi Noem announced that Jeffrey Clines will join her cabinet as Commissioner of the Bureau of Information and Telecommunications (BIT). The appointment will be effective April 6.
