WASHINGTON, Feb. 27 -- Rep. Ron Wright, R-Texas, ranking Republican member of the House Education and Labor Subcommittee on Workforce Protections, issued the following opening statement on Feb. 26 at a hearing to examine the Department of Labor's oversight of the Black Lung Disability Trust Fund:
