Sen. Tillis Issues Statement on Court Ruling on Sanctuary Jurisdictions

WASHINGTON, Feb. 27 -- Sen. Thom Tillis, R-North Carolina, issued the following statement after a federal appeals court in New York ruled that the Trump administration can withhold federal grants from sanctuary jurisdictions who refuse to cooperate with U.S. immigration enforcement:
"Partisan Democratic politicians are jeopardizing the safety of North Carolinians by sheltering dangerous and violent illegal immigrants instead of doing the right thing and transferring them to fed . . .
