WASHINGTON, Feb. 27 -- Sens. Jim Inhofe, R-Oklahoma, and Jack Reed, D-Rhode Island, chairman and ranking member of the Senate Armed Services Committee, issued the following joint statement regarding the Defense Department's Military Housing Privatization Initiative Tenant Bill of Rights:
