WASHINGTON, Feb. 27 -- Rep. Rosa L. DeLauro, D-Connecticut, issued the following remarks on Feb. 26:
Mr. Secretary, welcome to the Labor, HHS, and Education Subcommittee. This is our first hearing on the President's fiscal year 2021 Budget request.
However, I want to start with a matter of urgency: the novel coronavirus, COVID-19. Cases are growing, as is alarm. This is both domestically and internationally.
