ALBANY, New York, Feb. 26 -- New York State Comptroller Thomas P. DiNapoli issued the following news release:
Former Speculator village clerk-treasurer Bonnie Page was charged with grand larceny and corrupting the government for allegedly scamming the village out of $25,988 for health insurance benefits for her family, State Comptroller Thomas P. DiNapoli announced.
Page is charged with using her official position to have the village pay $25,988 for optional insurance c . . .
