WASHINGTON, Feb. 26 -- Reps. Mark Takano, D-California, and Phil Roe, R-Tennessee, chairman and ranking member of the House Veterans' Affairs Committee, issued the following joint statement after introducing a resolution to recognize the 100th anniversary of disabled American veterans:
