WASHINGTON, Feb. 26 -- Sen. Gary Peters, D-Michigan, ranking Democratic member of the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee, issued the following statement on the Trump administration's request for $2.5 billion to address the growing coronavirus outbreak:
