WASHINGTON, Feb. 26 -- Rep. Vicente Gonzalez, D-Texas, issued the following news release:
Congressman Vicente Gonzalez (TX-15) announced the availability of $1 billion to upgrade American infrastructure. The federal funding comes as part of the Department of Transportation's (DOT) Better Utilizing Investments to Leverage Development (BUILD) Transportation Discretionary Grants program.
