HARRISBURG, Pennsylvania, Feb. 26 -- The Pennsylvania Chamber of Business and Industry issued the following statement by President and CEO Gene Barr in response to the announcement that work on the Constitution Pipeline project has halted:
"We are dismayed and disheartened that as a direct result of New York's repeated and deliberate obstruction to infrastructure development of the Constitution Pipeline project developers have announced they will no longer be moving forward.
