WASHINGTON, Feb. 26 -- The Senate Banking, Housing and Urban Affairs Committee issued the following statement on Feb. 25 by Chairman Mike Crapo, R-Idaho, at a hearing entitled "Surface Transportation Reauthorization: Public Transportation Stakeholders' Perspectives":
