WASHINGTON, Feb. 26 -- The Senate Energy and Natural Resources Committee issued the following opening statement on Feb. 25 by Chairman Lisa Murkowski, R-Alaska, at a hearing to examine President Trump's fiscal 2021 budget request for the Agriculture Department's U.S. Forest Service:
