Public Citizen Issues Statement on Texas A.G. Files Lawsuit Against TPC Group

WASHINGTON, Feb. 25 -- Public Citizen issued the following statement by Texas Office Director Adrian Shelley:
On Feb. 21, the Texas Attorney General's Office sued TPC Group, Inc. and TPC Group, LLC pertaining to the Nov. 27, 2019 explosion at its Port Neches plant.
The lawsuit, filed on behalf of the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, also includes claims that TPC Group caused numerous violations of TCEQ's air quality program from January 2018 through September . . .
