PRESCOTT, Arizona, Feb. 24 -- The Center for Biological Diversity issued the following news release:
A new Center for Biological Diversity analysis shows the city of Prescott's proposed water policy would accelerate sprawl development and dramatically reduce the upper Verde River's annual water flow.
The city council meets Tuesday to discuss whether to supply approximately 9,500 acre-feet of water per year for use by developments in unspoiled grasslands in Yavapai Count . . .
