ANNAPOLIS, Maryland, Feb. 25 -- Gov. Larry Hogan, R-Maryland, issued the following news release:
Governor Larry Hogan welcomed more than a hundred community leaders, elected officials, and clergy members to Government House for a reception in recognition of Black History Month. The governor was joined by Lt. Governor Boyd K. Rutherford, General Services Secretary Ellington Churchill, Chief Legislative Officer Keiffer Mitchell, and community leaders from across the state.
