WASHINGTON, Feb. 24 -- Rep. John Carter, R-Texas, issued the following news release:
Representative John Carter (TX-31) announced the allocation of over $4.4 million in Community Development Block Grants (CDBG) and HOME Grants for Texas' 31st District. These grants are funded through Representative Carter's Appropriations Committee. Killeen, Temple, Round Rock and Williamson County are all recipients of the funding.
