Congressman Taylor Announces 2020 Congressional Art Competition

PLANO, Texas, Feb. 22 -- Rep. Van Taylor, R-Texas, issued the following news release on Feb. 21:

U.S. Congressman Van Taylor (TX-03) announced the 2020 Congressional Art Competition for Texas' Third Congressional District is now underway. The winning artist's work will be displayed in the national exhibition in Washington, DC.
