WASHINGTON, Feb. 21 -- Rep. Joe Courtney, D-Connecticut, issued the following statement:
Congressman Joe Courtney (CT-02), Chairman of the House Seapower and Projection Forces Subcommittee, today welcomed the submission of the Navy's 2021 unfunded priority list. Of the items listed, the Navy ranked the restoration of the second 2021 Virginia-class submarine as its top priority.
