AUSTIN, Texas, Feb. 21 -- The Railroad Commission of Texas issued the following news release:
The Texas Railroad Commission has notified Gorman city leaders they can move forward with any potential plans to revitalize a once-popular lake.
Bass Lake, in Frank Gray Memorial Park in Eastland County, was the site of a crude oil spill in 1990. Cleanup occurred immediately following the incident. In 2018 the city entered the Railroad Commission's Brownfields Response Program . . .
