WASHINGTON, Feb. 20 -- Rep. Jefferson Van Drew, D-New Jersey, issued the following news release:
Congressman Van Drew announced his support of Little Egg Harbor's request for a repayment deferral for FEMA funds dispersed to help with recovery efforts in the wake of Hurricane Sandy.
"I stand with Little Egg Harbor Township against the onerous request of FEMA to repay funds that would place an unnecessary burden on a town that still has not fully recovered from Sandy . . .
