WASHINGTON, Feb. 20 -- Rep. Russ Fulcher, R-Idaho, issued the following statement in response to Oregon Gov. Kate Brown's letter on the Lower Snake River Dams:
"Since litigation began on the Federal Columbia River Power System (FCRPS), the State of Oregon has repeatedly sued the federal government.
