GALVESTON, Texas, Feb. 19 -- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers-Galveston District issued the following news release:
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Galveston District (USACE Galveston) has awarded a contract in the amount of $12,221,180 to Pontchartrain Partners, LLC., for repair of damage to the Texas City Hurricane Flood Protection Project caused by Hurricane Harvey.
"The project will correct erosion damage to the levee and Moses Lake Floodgate inlet area caused . . .
