WASHINGTON, Feb. 15 -- Rep. Brian Higgins, D-New York, issued the following news release on Feb. 14:
Congressman Brian Higgins (NY-26) announced House passage of H.J.Res.79, Removing the deadline for ratification of the Equal Rights Amendment.
