WASHINGTON, Feb. 15 -- The Nuclear Regulatory Commission issued the following event notification (No. 54517) involving the South Texas power reactor in Texas:
FITNESS-FOR-DUTY REPORT - POLICY VIOLATION
"On February 11, 2020, a licensed Senior Reactor Operator violated the station's fitness-for-duty policy. The employee's access to South Texas has been terminated.
"The NRC Resident Inspector has been notified."
