WASHINGTON, Feb. 14 -- The Senate Finance Committee issued the following opening statement by Ranking Member Ron Wyden, D-Oregon, at a hearing with Health and Human Services Secretary Alex Azar on the Trump administration's fiscal 2021 budget:
