AUSTIN, Texas, Feb. 14 -- The Texas Water Development Board issued the following news release:
The Texas Water Development Board (TWDB) approved financial assistance totaling $44,907,958 for water and wastewater system projects. Of this funding, $8,392,958 was approved for rural projects.
* $1,015,000 to the Acton Municipal Utility District (Hood County) for wastewater system improvements
* $3,392,958 to the City of Paducah (Cottle County) for water system . . .
