AUSTIN, Texas, Feb. 14 -- The Texas Water Development Board issued the following news release:
The Texas Water Development Board (TWDB) approved by resolution financial assistance in the amount of $3,392,958, consisting of a $1,715,000 zero-interest loan and $1,677,958 in loan forgiveness from the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund, to the City of Paducah (Cottle County). The City will use the assistance to finance planning, design, and construction costs associated with water syst . . .
