WASHINGTON, Feb. 14 -- Sen. Debbie Stabenow, D-Michigan, ranking Democratic member of the Senate Agriculture, Nutrition and Forestry Committee, issued the following statement in response to the Agriculture Department's interim final rule to implement improvements to the Regional Conservation Partnership Program in the 2018 Farm Bill:
