WASHINGTON, Feb. 13 -- Rep. Greg Walden, R-Oregon, ranking Republican member of the House Energy and Commerce Committee, issued the following statement upon the announcement of President Trump's intent to nominate and appoint Mark Menezes to be the Deputy Secretary of Energy and Douglas Benevento to be Deputy Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency:
