WASHINGTON, Feb. 5 -- Rep. Greg Walden, R-Oregon, ranking Republican member of the House Energy and Commerce Committee, issued the following remarks at an Energy Subcommittee hearing entitled, "Modernizing the Natural Gas Act to Ensure it Works for Everyone":
