Frank Pallone Jr., D-New Jersey, chairman of the House Energy and Commerce Committee, issued the following opening remarks at an Environment and Climate Change Subcommittee legislative hearing entitled, "Clearing the Air: Legislation to Promote Carbon Capture, Utilization, and Storage":
