WASHINGTON, Feb. 5 -- Rep. Frank Pallone Jr., D-New Jersey, chairman of the House Energy and Commerce Committee, issued the following opening remarks at an Oversight and Investigations Subcommittee hearing entitled "Vaping in America: E-Cigarette Manufacturers' Impact on Public Health":
