WASHINGTON, Feb. 14 -- Sen. Debbie Stabenow, D-Michigan, issued the following statement on Feb. 13 after the Senate passed the bipartisan War Powers Resolution to limit President Trump's ability to use military force against Iran without congressional authorization:
