The Northwest Connecticut Community Foundation is pleased to announce the Dick's Restaurant Scholarship has been added to the Torrington Chapter of UNICO application beginning in the 2020-2021 academic year.
Since 1977, Dick's Restaurant Scholarship Fund has provided annual awards to deserving students from Torrington High School or Oliver Wolcott Technical High . . .
