WASHINGTON, Feb. 14 -- Rep. Rosa L. DeLauro, D-Connecticut, issued the following statement on Feb. 13:
Congresswoman Rosa DeLauro (CT-03) released the following statement after voting for a resolution to facilitate the ratification of the Equal Rights Amendment (ERA) to the United States Constitution.
