WASHINGTON, Feb. 13 -- Sen. Mike Crapo, R-Idaho, chairman of the Senate Banking, Housing and Urban Affairs Committee, issued the following remarks on Feb. 12 at a hearing entitled "The Semiannual Monetary Policy Report to the Congress":
