WASHINGTON, Feb. 13 -- Reps. Peter A. DeFazio, D-Oregon, chairman of the House Transportation and Infrastructure Committee, and Rick Larsen, D-Washington, chair of the Subcommittee on Aviation issued the following statements regarding the Transportation Inspector General report on FAA's safety oversight of the Southwest Airlines:
