SACRAMENTO, California, Feb. 13 -- California Attorney General Xavier Becerra issued the following news release on Feb. 12:
Attorney General Becerra led a coalition of 20 states and D.C. in filing a reply brief in the U.S. Supreme Court in California v. Texas. In the brief, the attorneys general reiterate the harms this ACA Repeal Case is causing our healthcare system and Americans' healthcare.
The brief also opposes arguments by the Trump Administration and the Texas . . .
