WASHINGTON, Feb. 13 -- Rep. Greg Walden, R-Oregon, ranking Republican member of the House Energy and Commerce Committee, issued the following statement after the House Education and Labor Committee and House Ways and Means Committee finished marking up proposals to end surprise medical billing:
