WASHINGTON, Feb. 13 -- Rep. Fred Upton, R-Michigan, issued the following news release:
U.S. Rep. Fred Upton, R-St. Joseph, invited high school students living in Michigan's Sixth Congressional District to take part in the 2020 Congressional Art Competition (CAC). The winner will have their art piece hang in the U.S. Capitol for an entire year along with the winners of the award from districts across the United States. The winner and a guest will also be invited to attend a reception . . .
