CHEYENNE, Wyoming, Feb. 13 -- The American Civil Liberties Union of Wyoming issued the following news release:
With a 37-23 vote, the Wyoming House of Representatives narrowly missed meeting the 2/3 super majority of votes required to consider House Bill 166, legislation that would repeal the death penalty, during the legislature's budget session.
