WASHINGTON, Feb. 13 -- Rep. Raul Grijalva, D-Arizona, issued the following statement:
This week, President Trump released his annual budget. While containing deep cuts to important domestic programs like SNAP, Medicaid, and Social Security, it also contained funding for the Nogales International Outfall Interceptor (IOI). The IOI pipeline is approximately 8.5 miles long and transports wastewater from Nogales, Sonora and Nogales, Arizona to the Nogales International Wastewater Treatm . . .
