WASHINGTON, Feb. 13 -- Rep. Nita Lowey, D-New York, issued the following statement on Feb. 12:
Congresswoman Nita Lowey (D-NY17/Rockland-Westchester), Chair of the House Appropriations Committee, issued the following statement on the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights' release of a "blacklist" of 112 companies with ties to Israeli West Bank settlements:
"I am disappointed in UN High Commissioner Michelle Bachelet's decision to release a 'blacklist' tod . . .
