CHICAGO, Illinois, Feb. 12 -- The Alliance for the Great Lakes issued the following statement by Vice President for Policy Molly Flanagan:
Breaking public commitments, the Trump administration yesterday released the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers' Fiscal Year 2020 work plan without the necessary funding for the next phase of work to move us closer to building the Brandon Road Lock and Dam project to stop invasive Asian Carp.
