SAN ANTONIO, Texas, Feb. 12 -- The Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities issued the following statement on Feb. 11 by President and CEO Antonio R. Flores on the impact of the Trump administrations' proposed fiscal 2021 budget on Hispanic-Serving Institutions:
