WASHINGTON, Feb. 12 -- Sen. Lisa Murkowski, R-Alaska, issued the following news release:
The Senate Committee on Energy and Natural Resources (ENR) held a business meeting to advance the following nominees to the full Senate for confirmation:
* Ms. Katharine MacGregor to be Deputy Secretary of the Department of the Interior, and
* Mr. Lanny Erdos to be Director of the Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement at the Department of the Interior.
