WASHINGTON, Feb. 12 -- Sen. John Hoeven, R-North Dakota, issued the following news release on Feb. 11:
Senator John Hoeven, a member of the Senate Appropriations Committee, announced that the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has awarded a $3,679,792 grant to the City of Fargo's Waste Water Treatment Plant (WWTP).
