WASHINGTON, Feb. 12 -- Reps. Jerrold Nadler, D-New York, chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, and David N. Cicilline, D-Rhode Island, chairman of the subcommittee on Antitrust, Commercial and Administrative Law issued the following statements on Feb. 11 after the New York District Court approved the merger of Sprint and T-Mobile:
